Using the method of load/unload response ratio ,the observation data of the underground water of Jinghai, Baodi, Gaocun, Zhangdaokou Seismic Station in TianJin since 2002 are processed. Taking double the meansquare deviation of calculated value of loading/unloading response ratio as anomaly decision index, the corresponding relations in abnormal changes of underground water lever of response ratio and ML≥4.0 earthquake parameter occurred in Tianjin and its neighboring areas are analyzed. The results show that there are better corresponding relations between anomalous changes of load/unload response ratio of 4 underground water lever earth tide well in this area and its neighboring earthquake actives. It also proved that using load/unload response ratio of earth tide observation in well water lever is a method that could effectively identify and extract seismic precursory.
