宁夏数字强震动台网观测系统

- 宁夏数字强震动台网观测系统是国家重点建设的防震减灾基础设施项目,由48个数字观测台站和1个强震动台网中心组成。台站采用无人值守方式,利用电话拨号、CDMA和扩频微波以及卫星传输的方式,在台网中心与各强震台之间建立连接,实施远程监控。台网全部采用先进的数字技术,使宁夏强震动观测技术发生了质的变化, 填补了宁夏境内没有固定数字强震台站的空白,大幅度增强了获取近场强震动数据的能力。当宁夏发生4级以上地震时,可以获得多台强震动记录;同时,在监视区范围内发生3级以上地震时,亦可获得多台近场加速度记录,从而为震害快速评估和制定震后应急决策提供可靠依据。
The observing system of Ningxia Strong Ground Motion Network is the national key infrastructure projects of earthquake mitigation, made up of 48 digital observing stations and a strong ground motion network center. We use unmanned stations connecting the network center with each strong ground motion station by telephone dialup, CDMA, spread spectrum microwave and satellite transmission remote controlling. Advanced digital technology is used throughout the network, which qualitatively improves the strong ground motion observation techniques, fills the empty that has no permanent digital strong ground motion station in Ningxia territory, and significantly enhances the capacity of obtaining nearfield strong motion data. When earthquake large than 4 occurs in Ningxia, we could obtain many strong ground motion records; At the same time, when earthquake large than 3 occurs in Ningxia, we could also get many nearfield acceleration records and thus provide a reliable basis for rapid assessment of damage and postearthquake emergency response decisionmaking.
