- 对地震震中地名,在速报时的三级地名,及编目时的二级地名做准确快速规范，并利用Visual Basic修改Word格式的地震震情模板文档，进而直接在Word窗口发送传真，界面清晰明朗，并可为制作动画GIF图片的手机彩信做准备，结合其他应用，使得一次较大地震的上报处理过程高度集中，避免重复输入，对地震事件的反映速度、上报准确率明显提高。
Using Visual Basic this program can make the names of epicenter more quickly and accurately. It can change the format of the Word template. And then send a fax directly. In the meanwhile it can also output GIF animations which can be used to send MMS to cell phone in the future. Combine with other applications, it can make the report accurately, quickly when an earthquake happens.
