In this paper, an analysis from 8 aspects on rationality of design, condition, environmental situation, reflecting earthquake ability, basic data, data quality, technical system quality, forecast and application of observation network in Guangxi is made, based on the “Scheme for Evaluating Quality and Efficiency of Underground Fluid Observation Stations”, and some measures and suggestions for existing problems are proposed. The results are valuable for monitoring quality improved and apply of observation data promoted.
