通过对倒谱理论的分析论证和终止相产生原理的分析，提出应用倒谱对终止相识别的理论依据，并根据厦门地震遥测中心所记录的9•21集集地震进行实例分析，认为倒谱分析是一种可以用来辅助识别终止相的方法，与传统的运用终止相的走时特征和动力学特征识别方法结合使用，进而提高终止相识别的准确度。

In this article the author introduced the theory of cepstrum in detail，then pointed out the inner connection with stopping phase ,use the cepstrum process the data of JiJi earthquake，the processed result indicated this new method is good assistant to discrimination of stopping phase and has good prospect on application.
