We introduce the basic condition at zhejiang digital seismic network ,and state the manner of power spectrum analysis computate .We also computate and analysis the ground motion noise of each station .It shows that the environment of each station site and performance of instruments are basically good，and can meet the requirement of broadband seismic observation．Parts of station’s observation constructions has been affected by human emotion，it can be improved with environmental reconstruction and build better construction for earthquake monitoring and forecast.
