摘要:

在Windows mobile手机上实现地震短信的截获，并依据短信内容，利用ArcGIS mobile实现震中区相关信息的展示，可在一定程度上满足应急人员对灾情信息的了解。

The paper realized to intercept and capture earthquake's text messages on Windows mobile phone.And then based on the text messages,we can realize to show the relevant information about epicentral area using ArcGIS mobile.To some extent this can make emergency personnel know about the situation of a disaster.
