Due to technical limitations in different periods of project construction, so it needs update the “the Ninth Five-year Plan” and “analogue observation” into “the Tenth Five-year Plan” system. The upgrading work includes two parts of the station network reformation and instrument access transformation. Stations reform the network communication with the instrument transformation mission but on network conditions; through adding earthquake precursor communication protocol converter and upgrading data acquisition to realize instrument access. After transformation, the instruments collect observation data through the network, and implement the station network with unified operation monitoring, data acquisition, storage, exchange, management and service.
