为了提高新疆前兆台网中心日常业务工作效率，减轻工作人员负担。充分考虑到目前新疆数字前兆台站的数据接收方式，依据前兆数据管理细则，结合FTP技术，利用Delphi软件开发环境研制了一套基于FTP协议的地震前兆数据收取软件。本软件可以满足新疆前兆台网中心的日常工作需求，同时提高了工作效率。

               In order to improve the day-to-day working efficiency of Xinjiang forewarning network and lighten the load of staff. Fully considering the way of current Xinjiang digit forewarning network gathering the data, according to the rules and regulations of managing the forewarning data and FTP technology, in the Delphi environment, developing software to gather the seismic forewarning data on FTP.  The software can satisfy the need of day-to-day work and improve the working efficiency, finally better and timely providing the base data for earthquake forecasting.
