Basing on the magnetic radiation observation data since 1999 in Fuzhou station, the paper takes the research of the abnormal information of the electromagnetic radiation received before earthquake more than M4.0 in Fujian province and earthquake more than M6.0 in Taiwan.It identified the reflection of abnormal and normal frequency before earthquake, in result of the   reflecting earthquake efficacy from the electromagnetic radiation observation data .
