选取2008－2011年河南数字地震台网记录的网内和网外（边线外100KM以内）的地震事件，运用MSDP软件对这些震例进行实际分析对比，再配合日常的工作经验，从而归纳出提高地震速报质量的实用方法。

Select the records of Henan digital seismic network within the network and outside the network (the sidelines within 100KM) of seismic events from 2008 to 2011.Analysis and comparison those records by MSDP software, and coordinate with the daily experience, generalize the practical method of improve earthquake forecast accuracy.
