WeatherMap是Cacti开源网管系统中的流量监控组件，通过它可实现多种模式的网络实时流量监控与展示，提升网络流量监控的可视化能力，本文主要阐述其在天津地震信息网络中的应用，主要包括WeatherMap的工作模式，监控图形的配置管理和使用，以及对于全局业务系统、台站和区县地震办公室节点的网络流量实时监控等内容，对于提升开源软件在行业网络系统中的综合应用有较好的参考价值。

WeatherMap is a Traffic monitoring Component of Cacti Open network management system. It can realize real-time network traffic monitoring and display by variety mode. And it can enhance the visual ability of network traffic monitoring. This paper describes the application on Tianjin seismic information network. It includes the working mode of WeatherMap and configuration management and using of monitor graphic , network traffic monitoring of all Business system. It is a good reference value to upgrade its industry system of open source software in the network application.
