曲线进行对比分析，得出该地区的平均波速比为1.691，平均泊松比为0.229，震前波速比有

低值，以期通过本研究能对当地波速比对地震的约束规律提供积参考。

This article based on the seismic network of Handan in 1984 to 2010 the records of the local and surrounding the earthquake,On which above ML4.0 seismic analysis, and the curve of wave velocity ratio and earthquake magnitude Curve were analyzed, it is concluded that the area of average wave velocity ratio is 1.691, the average Poisson's ratio is 0.229, seismic wave velocity ratio has Low value, in order to through this research of local wave velocity ratio can provide active seismic constraint rule reference.
