We introduce the instrumental deployment at the stations of Seismic Network in Fujian Province, and based on computing and analyzing the root-mean-square velocity of  41 stations of Seismic Network in Fujian Province from February 2009 to December 2011,to get the basic situation of the root-mean-square changes, the further research on  the  relationship between observation environment changes and RMS, according to GB/T 19531.1-2004 grade the environmental noise levels of seismic network in Fujian Province . Meanwhile we have regarded the computation of the root-mean-square as a routine worked in the daily maintenance work , in order to accumulate

the data  of observation environment changes for the further study.
