对2009年2月至2011年8月新疆及边境界外300km以内Ms3.0以上523个天然地震重新分析，研究新疆数字化近震记录，总结记录震相的普遍规律，用地震实例说明:不同距离、不同类型的天然地震记录特征，对提高新疆数字台网中心的地震速报及地震目录编辑质量具有借鉴意义。

By means of reanalyzing 523 native earthquakes more than Ms3.0 within 300 km besides the border of Xinjiang from February 2009 to August 2011, this article further studies digital near seismic records and sums up the general rule of seismic phases. It is meaningful for improving the quality of fast reporting and cataloging that using the seismic examples account for the recording characters of different distances and different types of native earthquake in Xinjiang Seismic Network.
