Through analyzing the trends of current information virtualization technology, basing on the construction background of information virtualization ,analyzing the problems encountered in the process of using the traditional terminal in ShangHai Earthquake Administration, we proposed the idea of desktop virtualization technology construction. We deployed desktop virtualization on the blade server to achieve unified management deployment platform for all users' desktops. Users made accesses to virtual desktops through Web interface, in which they handled daily business affairs, thus enhancing hardware resource utilization, increasing bandwidth utilization, reducing the cost of the hardware update, improving work efficiency.
