In Dalian Seismic Station’s observation of earthquakes from the Philippines-Eastern Indonesia area, the S-waves often arrived several seconds ahead of the theoretical arriving time. Waves from this area observed by Dalian Seismic Station from 2002 to 2011 were collected, from which 145 cases with anomalous travel time of S-waves were selected. This phenomenon is unrelated with the base, the whole country areas can observe the anomaly. The stations which can observe this phenomenon or not are located as a four-quadrant distribution on the Earth in two cases which is selected randomly. It is suggested that the origin of this phenomenon should be related with the source process.
