震监测卫星通信系统中保证带宽策略的实现

随着我国地震观测网络的不断完善，地震监测台站逐步覆盖全国。地震监测卫星通信系统为不具备地面通信条件的偏远山区及部分需要备份线路的台站提供了卫星线路。本文着重研究该系统如何在保证传输可靠性和通信质量的前提下，使用SCPC回传体制根据业务需求高效合理地使用有限的带宽资源。
Now seismological stations are gradually over whole nation, with China Seismological Observation Network are continuously improved. Seismological Observation Satellite Network provides satellite links for remote stations which do not have ground communication and backup links for some stations. This paper focused on the research of effective and reasonable bandwidth distribution under transmission reliability and communication quality based on SCPC.
