In this paper, the author made experimental research of hydrochemical backgrounds of different aquifer in the Zhouliangzhuang geothermal area in Tianjin .It showed that gas components changed greatly, water radon 、water mercury and ion components changed relatively stable with more and more deep aquifer buried depth.but the background of wate radon was quite drop. Basing on the research, the author analyzed difference of water chemistry compositions of different aquifer from aquifer litholoy, sampling borehole conditions, hydrochemistry composition characteristic, special geological structure, and so on. The result showed that  important factors to affect the difference was deep faults.The result showed that special geological structure of area was important factors to affect the difference.
