2012年8月30日张家口ML3.7地震前，怀来4井水汞出现明显高值变化，分析发现：该变化为张家口ML3.7地震震兆信息，是一起典型的短临异常变化。
Before August 30, 2012 Zhangjiakou ML3.7, significant short-impending anomaly of water mercury appears at Huailai-4 well. This paper describes the whole process of the observation and analysis of the anomaly; briefly discuss the mechanization, in order to improve earthquake prediction of this area.
