本文以二阶系统的动力方程为基础,计算了不同固有频率和阻尼比下的传感器功能试验响应,讨论了功能试验响应随频率和阻尼比的变化,给出了依据功能试验响应确定传感器固有频率和过冲响应比的计算方法,继而统计回归得到了过冲响应比随阻尼比的变化关系式。基于传感器的频率响应分析,讨论了阻尼比对传感器的幅频特性和相频特性的影响,认为阻尼比在0.68~0.70范围内传感器具有最佳的幅频与相频特性。最后,以传感器自振特性确定方法及性能评价分析为基础,提出了基于功能试验的力平衡式加速度传感器性能评价方法,并通过实例对典型传感器的性能进行了评价。
In this paper, on the basis of the dynamic equations of the second-order system, the function test response of sensor was calculated under the condition of different natural frequency and damping ratio, and the change of the functional test response with frequency and damping ratio was discussed, and the functional test response based the analytical method for natural frequency and step pulse overshoot response ratio of the sensor, and the relationship formula between the overshoot response ratio and the damping ratio was established by statistical regression. Based on the frequency response of the sensor, the effect of the damping ratio of the sensor on its amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics was discussed, and the results show that the sensor was provided with the best amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics when its damping ratio of was in the range of 0.68 to 0.70. Finally, function test based performance evaluation method of force balance accelerotransducer was proposed based on the analytical method of sensor’s natural frequency and damping ratio and the performance evaluation and analysis of sensor, and the performance of typical force balance accelerotransducer was evaluated by example.
