整理校正淮北台测震编目资料面波震级4.5及以上中强震震例，以中国地震台网中心（简称CENC）发布的震级参数作为标准震级，分析CENC震级与淮北台单台分析结果中的发震时刻、震中经纬度、震级、方位角、震中距等参数之间线性相关关系，建立CENC震级关于单台分析结果的多元线性回归方程，用于对淮北台记录的中强震面波震级偏差进行修正，最后检验结果显示，该修正方法有效、可信。

This paper edited and corrected the 4.5 and above moderate-strong earthquake’s surface wave magnitude of Huaibei seismic station,and contrast with The China Earthquake Netwoks Center(for short CENC) magnitude parameter by a standard.Based on the analysis regularities between CENC magnitude with time、latitude、longitude、magnitude、azimuth、epicentral distance as well as the linear multiple regression.We presented the function of revision of Huaibei Seismic station surface wave magnitude,and the effect applied in testing shows that is effective and dependable.
