利用NGDC-720全球卫星岩石圈磁场模型给出的球谐系数,计算了中国及邻区的地表岩石圈磁场(又称为磁异常)分布;并与这一地区的活动块体及近十年(2003-2012)的Ms5.0以上的地震活动性进行了对比,发现岩石圈磁场同活动块体分布及地震活动性存在较为密切的对应关系。该相关性有望在未来的地震研究和监测中发挥作用。
The surface lithospheric magnetic field (also called the magnetic anomaly) of China and surroundings is calculated with spherical harmonic coefficients given by NGDC-720 global satellite lithospheric magnetic field model. It is compared with the active tectonic blocks, as well as the seismic activity in the last decade of Ms>5.0. We find a close correlation between magnetic anomaly and active blocks, as well as seismic activity, which may be used in future earthquake research and monitoring.
