In order to get perfect specifications of accelerometer, an improved mechanical design and electric circuit were used in this research. So the amplitude-frequency characteristic, dynamic range and noise of the new differential-output accelerometer were greatly increased. The result of noise test in Baijiatan hole Beijing proved that the dynamic range of the accelerometer is 130dB.
