地震应急卫星通信网一直存在着路由混乱的问题，时常造成卫星站点通信不畅。本文通过对网络拓扑结构进行分析，总结出了造成路由混乱的原因。通过列举实例，提出了以通过设置静态路由的方式，来解决目前网络中存在的路由混乱问题。

Earthquake emergency satellite communications network has existed problem of routing chaotic, often caused by poor communication satellite station. In this paper, through the analysis of the network topology, summed up the causes of routing chaos. Through practical examples, put forward by setting a static routing approach, to solve the current network routing problems.
