In this paper, we combed the water temperature data of well Su.22 since 2008, found that there are eleven anomalies during the observation of water temperature. Through analyzing, we eliminated interference factors of instrument failure, human disturbance and rainfall etc. Comparing with earthquake activity, we can see that the water temperature of well Su.22 has good earthquake reflection ability, water temperature anomalies which are with the drop amplitude more than 0.005^oC have a good relationship (with the rate of 4/7) with earthquakes which have a magnitude bigger than M_L 4.0 and occurred in the range of 300kmaround.
