2019年2月5日以来,河北涉县地震台CNEM08-Ⅰ型数字电扰动仪NS、EW测道观测数据与正常日变形态不同,出现了整体下移且幅度增大的异常变化,该异常集中出现在每日的5—10时、15—23时2个时间段,具有明显的规律性。通过测区环境调查、观测系统检测、空间环境分析、与周边台站观测对比、现场实验及以往震例分析等研判认为,此次异常是由台站电锅炉漏电引起的,非地震地球物理异常。
Since February 5, 2019, the two observation data which is observed by NS and EW direction testing paths of the CNEM08-I digital electric perturbation in Shexian, Hebei Province are different from the normal diurnal deformation patterns. There has been an abnormal change that data curve has an overall downward movement and the change amplitude are increasing gradually. The abnormal change has regularity, it occurs in two time periods from 05:00 to 10:00 and 15:00 to 23:00 everyday. Through the analysis of the environmental investigation, the detection of the observation system, the analysis of the space environment, the observation and comparison of the surrounding stations, the field experiment, the analysis of the earthquake cases and so on, it is considered that the abnormality is caused by the leakage of the electric boiler of the station rather than earthquake geophysics anomalies.
