- 2020年5月18日云南巧家MS 5.0地震发生后，引起社会公众的广泛关注，云南省地震局积极应对灾情，并即时赶赴地震现场开展震情汇报工作，利用微博、微信公众平台等，主动及时公布灾情，全面发布地震部门工作信息，有利回应社会公众的关注，展现地震部门的对外形象。通过此次现场宣传，加深了对地震现场新闻报道的准确性、时效性和重要性的认识。
The occurrence of the Qiaojia MS 5.0 earthquake on May 18, 2020, had attracted wide attention of the public. After the earthquake, the Yunnan Earthquake Agency (YEA) actively coped with the disaster, and immediately sent emergency members to the earthquake site to report the earthquake disaster. Using public platforms, such as microblog, Wechat, etc., the YEA actively and timely released information on the disaster and the work of the earthquake agency, and also responded to the attention of the public so as to show the external image of the earthquake agency. Through the on-site news report of the Qiaojia MS 5.0 earthquake, the author deepens the understanding of the accuracy, timeliness and importance of earthquake news reports.
