地震应急信息是发生破坏性地震时为应急救援和决策提供重要参考信息的保障，也是地震门户网站信息服务的重要内容。为了满足政府和社会公众快速准确获取地震震情、灾情等权威信息的需求，基于中国地震局门户网站对地震应急信息服务概况和用户需求进行分析，依据需求差异对地震应急信息进行分类、梳理。同时，通过研究地震网站平台发布技术架构、信息同步和内容分发网络等，搭建地震应急信息发布平台，并对其提出优化建议。
Earthquake emergency information is an important guarantee to deal with destructive earthquake rescue decision-making and also an important content of information service of the earthquake web portal. In order to meet the needs of the government and the public to quickly and accurately obtain the authoritative information on earthquake situation and disaster situation, this paper analyzes the general situation of earthquake emergency information service and user's demand based on the portal website of the China Earthquake Administration and classifies and sorts the earthquake emergency information according to the specific demands. At the same time, we research the technology structure, information synchronization, and content distribution network of the platform of earthquake website, build the platform of earthquake emergency information release, and put forward the optimized construction and suggestions.
