地电阻率仪器在工作中容易出现无电流、电流不稳等故障现象,不易排查维修。通过对仪器工作原理和供电回路过程进行研究,发现供电回路中间仪器的内部或外部各接头接触不良是造成上述现象的主要因素。根据存在的问题,洛阳地震台研制出供电回路故障检测板。该检测板可利用其继电器上LED灯的工作状态和动作时序,快速查找、排除相关供电回路故障,缩短维修时间,提高工作效率。
Earth resistivity instruments are prone to failures such as no current, current instability, and other faults in the work, which are difficult to troubleshoot and repair. Through research on the working principle and power supply process of the instrument, we found that poor contact of the external joins or failure of the internal faults are the main factors causing the above phenomena. Based on these problems, we have developed a fault - detection board. The detection board can use the working status and action sequence of the LED lights on the relay to quickly find and eliminate related faults, shorten maintenance time, and improve work efficiency.
