在面向世界科技竞争和产业变革中，中文科技期刊需要肩负起服务国家重大战略需求、提供关键性智力支持的职能，以《地震研究》期刊专题策划和组稿为例，分析专题组稿成效及存在问题，以期为中文科技期刊的未来发展提供参考。
Facing the world’s scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, Chinese scientific and technological journals need to shoulder the functions of serving the major strategic needs of the country and providing intellectual support. In this paper, taking selecting and soliciting contributions for special issues of the Journal of Seismological Research as an example, we analyzed the effects of soliciting contributions for special issues and its existing problems to provide a reference for the future development of Chinese scientific and technological journals.
