房屋建筑的损毁倒塌是造成地震灾害损失的重要因素,对地震灾害进行快速评估是减灾救灾的关键环节。利用天地图遥感影像数据,采用ArcGIS软件进行空间分析与处理,获取仙游县房屋总量基本数值,采用遥感目视解译,初步判断该县建筑物抗震等级,结合百度街景地图与实地抽样调查进行修正与误差分析,完成基于遥感影像的仙游县建筑物抗震水平初判。仙游县房屋总量约65 645栋,其中,估计抗震能力达标房屋占比31.06%,疑似抗震能力不足房屋占比65.87%,疑似抗震能力严重不足房屋占比3.07%。
The destruction and collapse of buildings are significant factors contributing to the losses from earthquake disasters.Rapid assessment of earthquake damage is a critical step in disaster reduction and relief. Using satellite imagery data from Earth Map and spatial analysis and processing with ArcGIS software, we obtained basic data on the total number of houses in Xianyou County. The seismic resistance levels of the county's buildings in Xianyou County were preliminarily determined by remote sensing visual interpretation, and this information was further refined and error-analyzedby combining data from Baidu Street View maps and on-the-ground sampling surveys, culminating in an initial judgment of Xianyou County's buildings seismic resistance levels based on remote sensing image. The total number of buildings in Xianyou County is approximately 65 645, of which an estimated 31.06% meet the earthquake resistance standards, 65.87% are suspected of having insufficient earthquake capabilities,and 3.07% are suspected to having severely inadequate earthquake capabilities.
