国家地震烈度速报与预警工程项目是国务院批复立项的重大工程,是我国地震预警体系建设的重要组成部分。工程于2018年正式实施,预计2023年全面完成,将在全国范围内建设超过1万个观测站点。本文介绍了国家地震烈度速报与预警工程福建子项目一般站建设项目从台站建设到安装验收、整改、考核运行、台站建设质量巡检等过程,分析了影响台站运行率的原因,并对一般站台基背景噪声水平进行分析,提出了存在的问题及今后需加强的方向。
The national earthquake intensity rapid report and early warning project is a major projectapproved by the State Council and it is an important component of China's earthquake warning system construction. It was officially implemented in 2018 and is expected to be fully completed by 2023. More than 10 000 observation stations will be built nationwide. This paper introduces the process of the Fujian general station construction project of the National Earthquake Intensity Rapid Report and Early Warning Project from station construction to acceptance, rectification, examination and operation, and station construction quality inspection, analyzes the reasons affecting the operation rate and thegeneral station base background noise level, puts forward the existing problems and the direction to be strengthened in the future.
