按照《定点形变站网运行管理技术细则》(2022版)要求,通过对近几年地震地壳形变资料检查中存在的问题、错情和经验的总结,基于河北省地震前兆数据管理系统,应用VB及VBA、SQL语言编制形变日志检查和报表软件。根据数据库中数据表、日志表、字典表中各字段记录的联系,对观测日志和工作日志中的记录条目内容进行文字解析、逻辑判断,检查与原始数据、预处理数据的对应性,以及格式、数值、事件描述存在的不规范或错误。参照形变学科管理组给定的仪器校准表格、月报编写提纲及相关技术指标要求,实现格值校准表和月报表的快速生成。实践表明,该软件应用以来,形变观测工作更为规范、准确、快捷,工作效率显著提高,形变观测质量整体提升,可以更好地为地震研究服务。
According to the “Technical Rules for Operation and Management of Fixed-Point Deformation Station Network” (2022 Edition), through summarizing the problems, errors, and experiences in checking earthquake crustal deformation data in recent years, based on the earthquake precursor data management system in Hebei Province, a deformation log inspection and reporting software is compiled using VB, VBA, and SQL language. Based on the relationships recorded in the data tables, log tables, and dictionary tables in the database, perform textual analysis and logical judgment on the recorded entries in observation logs and work logs, check the correspondence with the original data and preprocessed data as well as the existence of non-standard or incorrect formats, values, and event descriptions. Referring to the instrument calibration table, monthly report writing outline, and relevant technical index requirements provided by the deformation discipline management group, the rapid generation of grid value calibration tables and monthly reports is realized. Practice has shown that since the application of the software, the deformation observation work has become more standardized, accurate, and fast, the work efficiency has been significantly improved, and the overall quality of deformation observation has been improved, which can better serve earthquake research.
