学习宣传贯彻党的二十大精神是当前和今后一个时期全党全国的首要政治任务，以党的二十大精神为指引，做好防震减灾新闻宣传工作，是云南省地震局未来几年的重要任务。以拉斯韦尔“5W”模式为框架，从传播者、传播内容、传播媒介、传播受众和传播效果5个维度，分析云南省地震局在党的二十大新闻宣传工作中的主要做法，并与其他地震部门的经验做法进行对比，分析其目前存在的不足，针对问题提出相应的创新路径，为今后防震减灾新闻宣传工作的进一步优化提供参考。
Studying, propagandizing, and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is the primary political task for the whole party and the whole country in the current and future period, and doing a good job in earthquake prevention and disaster reduction news and publicity work under the guidance of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is an important task for Yunnan Earthquake Agency in the next few years. Based on Lasswell's “5W” model, this paper analyzes the main practices of Yunnan Earthquake Agency in propagandizing the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China from five dimensions: disseminators, content, media, audience and effect; compares the experience and practices of other earthquake departments; analyzes the existing deficiencies; and proposes corresponding innovative approaches to solve the problems. It provides references for further optimization of the news publicity work on earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in the future.
