为全面深入推进地震监测中心站改革工作，江苏省地震局坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，落实中国地震局党组全面深化改革的任务部署，以服务保障防震减灾现代化建设为目标，通过体制机制创新，加快建立适应新时期发展需求的中心站管理体系，理顺管理关系，优化业务布局，提高运行效能，提升中心站的综合实力与创新活力。要筑牢地震台站基层阵地，确保地震事业科学发展，强化人才队伍保障是有力支撑防震减灾事业现代化建设的重要途径。本文通过对江苏省地震监测中心站人才情况、人才培养政策与成效等进行讨论和发掘，分析地震监测中心站人才培养存在的问题，并针对这些问题进行原因分析，探索一种适合地震监测中心站人才培养的模式。
In order to comprehensively promote the reform of the earthquake monitoring central station, the Jiangsu Earthquake Administration adheres to the guidance of Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, implement the deployment of the comprehensive deepening of the party group of the China Earthquake Administration, and uses the goal of service to ensure the modernization of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction. Innovate mechanisms, accelerate the establishment of a central station management system that adapts to the development needs of the new period, rationalize management relationships, optimize business layout, improve operational efficiency, and improve the comprehensive strength and innovation vitality of the central station.It is necessary to build a foundation of the earthquake station to ensure the scientific development of the earthquake industry. Strengthening the guarantee of talent teams is an important way to support the modernization of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction. This paper discusses issues such as the talent status of the Jiangsu Earthquake Monitoring Center, the talent training policy and effectiveness, analyzes the problems of talent training of the talent training of the Earthquake Monitoring Center, and analyzes the causes of these issues. Explore a model suitable for talent training for the earthquake monitoring center station.
