河北省邯郸市西南部地区近年来小震活动多发,以该区为调研区,兼顾地形地貌、交通、村落规模等信息均匀选取调研点,整体分析农村房屋抗震性能。调研发现,该区农村房屋结构主要有砖混、砖木、石木3类,房屋抗震性能如下:石木结构房屋修建于20世纪60—70年代,施工质量普遍偏低,未进行抗震设计,抗震性能薄弱;砖木结构房屋修建于20世纪80—90年代,无圈梁和构造柱,未进行抗震设计,抗震性能较差;砖混结构房屋修建于20世纪90年代末及以后,建造质量尚佳,部分房屋采用抗震设计,但抗震性能一般。鉴于此,建议政府相关部门加强监管力度、加大抗震宣传力度,根据规章制度进行规范化管理,并设立专项建房补贴政策,合村并镇,整体搬迁,切实提升农村房屋抗震性能,以保障人民群众的生命财产安全。
In recent years, small earthquakes have occurred frequently in the south-west of Handan City, Hebei Province. This study takes this area as a survey area. The survey points were selected evenly to analyze the seismic performance of rural houses as a whole, taking into account the topography, transportation, village scale, and other information. According to the survey, rural houses in this area mainly have three types of structures: brick-concrete, brick-wood, and stone-wood, and the seismic performance of the houses is as follows: The stone-wood structure houses were built in the 1960s-1970s of the 20th century, and the construction quality was generally low. The seismic-resistance design was not carried out, and the seismic performance was weak. The brick-wood structure houses were built in the 1980s-1990s of the 20th century without ring beams and structural columns, and their seismic performance was poor. The brick-concrete structure houses were built in the late 1990s of the 20th century and later, and the construction quality is good. Some houses adopt seismic-resistant designs, but the seismic performance is mediocre. Given this, it is suggested that the relevant government departments should strengthen supervision, powerfully propagate seismic resistance, standardize management in combination with rules and regulations, set up a relevant housing subsidy policy, and merge or relocate villages and towns. It is necessary to effectively improve the seismic performance of rural houses to fully protect the safety of people’s lives and property.
