随着地震业务信息化水平的提升,地震基础设施、数据资源、业务应用和信息服务构成的地震信息化能力体系逐步朝着“透彻感知、韧性网络、数据治理、资源共享、集成管控、协同运用、安全防护、智慧应用”的目标发展,系统和设备的集约化管理对国家地震台网数据中心的机房管理提出更高要求。针对国家地震台网中心多期建设、分散部署、功能复杂及设备数量快速增长的现状,机房智能监控系统可以对机房的动力环境、供电保障、安防监控、能耗管理、设备运维等方面进行全面设计整合与智能化统一监控,显著增强了机房运维管理的信息化和现代化能力。
With the enhancement of the informatization level in earthquake operations, the earthquake informatization capability system, comprising earthquake infrastructure, data resources, business applications, and information services, is progressively evolving towards the objectives of “thorough perception, resilient network, data governance, resource sharing, integrated control, collaborative application, security protection, and intelligent application”. The intensive management of systems and equipment poses higher demands on the machine room management of the National Seismic Network Data Center. In response to the current situation of multiple phases of construction, decentralized deployment, complex functions, and rapid growth in equipment quantity at the National Seismic Network Center, the intelligent monitoring system for the machine room has comprehensively designed, integrated, and intelligently monitored aspects such as the power environment, power supply guarantee, security monitoring, energy consumption management, and equipment operation and maintenance, significantly enhancing the informatization and modernization capabilities of machine room operation and management.
