地震观测数据的准确性和连续性,不仅取决于观测仪器、观测方法和观测技术水平,在很大程度上还依赖于良好的地震观测环境。客观、全面地对地震台站的观测环境进行调查评估,并建立地震观测环境监控体系,对于观测数据的质量控制、地震预报水平的提高和地震行政执法均具有重要意义。本文研究了地震观测环境调查评估的依据、内容、方法和工具,并在分析当前地震观测环境监控现状的基础上提出了一套基于关系数据库管理系统和B/S架构的地震环境监控系统的设计框架。
The accuracy and continuity of seismic observation data, not only depends on the observation instrument, observation method and the observation technical level, but also depends on a good seismic observation environment. Investigating and evaluating the seismic station observation environment objectively and comprehensively, and establishing a seismic observation environment monitoring system for data quality control, the earthquake prediction level improving and the law enforcement has important significance. This paper studies the seismic observation environment investigation and assessment’s basis, contents, methods and tools, and on the basis of the current seismic observation environment monitoring situation ,put forward a seismic environment monitoring system design framework based on the relational database management system and B/S structure.
